Fusion X – Core Banking Platform

Project Overview

Fusion X Core Banking Platform is a banking system developed by LOLC Technologies. It helps financial institutions manage their banking operations.

The product has more than 15 modules. Our team was asked to improve the user experience and interface of two modules.

The goal was to make the system more clear, structured, and easy to use for bank staff.

My Role

I worked as the Senior UI/UX Designer for this project.

My responsibilities included:

  • Studying the existing product screen

  • Understanding the workflow of the modules

  • Improving the UX without changing the system functionality

  • Designing better layouts and structures

  • Following the Ant Design design system

Tools

  • Figma: For creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final designs.

The Challenge

  • The product already had an existing development system, so UX improvements had to work without affecting the current functionality.

  • The platform contains many modules and complex workflows, which required careful analysis to understand the process.

  • The screens were data-heavy and form-based, making it important to organize information clearly.

  • Only two modules (Onboarding and Account Management) were provided, but they were connected to other parts of the system.

  • The design had to follow the **Ant Design system to maintain consistency with the existing product.

The Approach

  • Selected important screens to improve

  • Reorganized the layout and information

  • Simplified forms and data tables

  • Improved visual hierarchy

Highlights

  • Screen clarity

  • Workflow structure

  • User efficiency

  • Overall interface consistency

Outcome

The result was a high-performing landing page that communicates value clearly and encourages conversion. It now serves as the primary web presence for early-stage product outreach.
